摘    要::铜及铜合金线在生产、贮存、运输过程中极易发生氧化及变色。这种氧化反应在本质上大多属于电化学腐蚀电池效应 ,其发生的必要条件是环境相对湿度达到或大于临界湿度。防止这种氧化反应除贮存在烘房 (箱 )内或密封包装并放入吸 (除 )湿剂外 ,采用缓蚀剂苯并三氮唑 (BTA)处理是一种行之有效的方法 ,对于铜及铜合金线的出口或远距离运输尤为适合

Abstract:Copper and copper alloy wires are easily to be oxidized and discoloured during production, transportation and storage. Most of the oxidation are battery effect by electrochemical corrosion in their nature. The necessary conditions for the battery effect is that the ambient relative humidity reaches or exceeds the critical relative humidity. Therefore the preventive measures include storing the wires in drying room (cabinet) or packing the wires together with desiccant and seal the package. Besides, treatment by the anti corrosion agent benzotriazole (BTA) is also an effective method, especially for copper and copper alloy wires to be exported or to be transported for long distance.
