| 摘 要： | 本文着重研究了16Mn 钢焊接件基材和焊趾处由于组织差异对裂纹起始寿命的影响.且实验测定给出了相应的裂纹起始寿命定量表达式。为实际工程焊件的寿命估算提供必要的参考依据.

A Study of Crack Initiation Life for 16Mn Steel Weldment |

| Abstract: | This paper emphatically studies the place between the parent metal of 16Mn steel weldment and its welding toe zone.Owing to the difference between their microscopic structure,it will affect the crack initiation life of the weldment.The corresponding quantitative formula for calculating crack initiation life of the weldment was developed according to the testing results and analyses.It has been taken as a reference basis for predicting crack initiation life of practical engineering weldment. |
