| Abstract: | The main Purposes and scopes for seismogeologic assessment of nuclear waste repository siting are discussed,and the five phases of site survey in relation to capable tectonics and design basis ground motion are put forward.Finally,special attention is given to relations between the various stages in logic and the procedures of evaluation. |
