摘    要:通过均匀设计的方法,研究氯化钙含量、加工温度和螺杆转速对尼龙6熔点的影响.利用数学模型,得到氯化钙含量、加工温度和螺杆转速和尼龙6熔点之间的函数关系.实验结果显示:回归方程的计算值和验证实验的测定值吻合良好,此均匀设计利用较少的实验,揭示了氯化钙含量、加工温度和螺杆转速与尼龙6熔点之间的关系,对低熔点尼龙的制备起到指导意义.

Abstract:The effects of the content of calcium chloride, processing temperature and screw speed on preparation of low melting point polyamide 6 were studied by the uniform design method. The relationship of low melting point polyamide 6, the content of calcium chloride, the screw speed and processing temperature was determined. The results showed that the estimated values through regression equation regression were good accordance with experiment result, the uniform design revealed the relationship between the melting point and the content of calcium chloride, screw speed and processing temperature by fewer experiment. The uniform design method played a guiding significance for the preparation of low melting point polyamide 6.
