| 摘 要： | 对 4 6 0 MPa级高强度热轧带肋钢筋的生产情况、质量情况、化学成分、性能进行了研究和分析 ,结果表明 :通过控制冶炼和轧制工艺 ,并添加质量分数为 0 .10 %的钒生产的 4 6 0 MPa级热轧带肋钢筋生产工艺合理 ,钢筋的力学性能稳定可靠 ,均匀性好 ,焊接性能良好。

| Abstract: | Theproduction, chemical composition and properties of high strength hot rolled reinforced bar of 460 MPa grade were stu died and analyzed.The results showed that technology of hot rolled reinforced b ar of 460 MPa grade produced by controlling process of smelting and rolling and alloyi ng with 0.10%V is reasonable, and its mechanical properties are stable, uniform ity and weldability is good. |
