L-QYQ-Ⅰ型井下蒸气取样器

L-QYQ-1型井下蒸气取样器可用于井口和井底的蒸气取样,是单锅、单井注蒸气过程中测定蒸气干度的必备工具。它适用于井底温度360℃以上,压力达200公斤力/平方厘米的条件下采集湿蒸气中的液相。用这种取样器作了22井次井下取样试验,其中18井次获得圓满成功。

Model L-QYQ-1 Subsurface Steam Sampler

Model L-QYQ-1 Subsurface Steam Samplers are used for obtaining steam samples, either from well head or from well bottom. It is a indispensable device for measuring steam quality during the process of steam injection where a single steam generator is used for a single injection well. It can collect a sample of the liquid phase in steam at pressures up to 200 kgf/cm~2 and temperatures as high as 360℃. Twenty-two in-situ tests were carried out and eighteen among them have got good rerults.
