摘    要:利用自制的球-棒疲劳试验机,研究了纳米金刚石粉对钢球接触疲劳寿命的影响.借助于扫描电子显微镜和能谱仪,分析了纳米金刚石粉抗滚动接触疲劳的机理.结果表明:与基础脂相比,添加纳米金刚石粉后钢球的疲劳寿命都得到了改善.利用微粒吸附作用、渗入作用和极压抗磨性能,解释了纳米金刚石粉提高钢球接触疲劳寿命的原因.

Abstract:Effects of nano diamond particles on contact fatigue life of steel ball were evaluated on a self-made ball-rod contact fatigue tester. The anti-fatigue mechanisms of diamond additive were analyzed by means of SEM and DEA. It was shown that, when the biphase liquid lubrication contained diamond, contact fatigue life was improved compared with that of base grease. Nanoparticle adsorption action, nanoparticle infiltration action and extreme pressure and anti-friction performance, explained well why diamond increased the contact fatigue life of steel ball.
