摘    要:用完整的实例分析了中小型水轮发电机磁极冲片的冲压工艺,详细介绍了改进后的一次冲裁方法及模具结构,即用一副磁极冲片全复式冲模替代原有二副冲模,冲出磁极片,冲片质量能够保证,设备能力得到有效发挥,模具制造周期缩短。实践证明,对中小型水轮发电机磁极冲片一次冲裁工艺分析,工艺安排及模具设计是正确的。该工艺在同行业同类产品中推广具有重要的意义。

Abstract:A stamping technology about a magnetic pole plate of middle-small type of hydro-turbine dynamotor was analyzed. The improved once-stamping method and die structure were introduced in detailed. That is using one set of die to replace original two set of stamping die. In this way, the qualities of stamping parts could be assured, thereby improves equipment efficiency and reduce the cycle of manufacturing die. It is practiced that the new technologies and die design are correct. It has great significance for the new technologies in the same industry.
