| 摘 要： | 考察了三种不同的硫化剂对三种牌号的26氟橡胶的硫化特性、力学性能以及压缩永久变形性能的影响。实验结果表明:双酚硫化体系赋予三种胶料最好的硫化特性,正硫化时间短,焦烧性能好,硫化平坦性好;并且双酚硫化体系具有最优的综合力学性能和压缩永久变形性能。

| Abstract: | The effect of different vulcanizators on vulcanizing properties,mechanical properties and compression set was investigated.The results showed that among 1# vulcanizator,3# vulcanizator and bisphenol AF curing system,bisphenol AF curing system give short T90,safe scorch time and curing with plateau period.Vulcanizate cured by bisphenol AF system has good mechanical properties and best compression set. |
