| 摘 要： | 构建了科技企业孵化器的价值链模型;分析了其不同于波特基本价值链的两个主要特征:市场营销居于先导地位和孵化服务是价值创造的核心.结合孵化器的产业特征,提出了其基本竞争优势的类型,探讨了科技企业孵化器如何通过价值链分析选取合适的竞争战略.进一步提出了科技企业孵化器通过价值链管理获取竞争优势的3条途径:对现有价值活动的优化;优化顾客价值链,提升顾客价值空间;与产业链上其他企业结成战略联盟.
