不同熄焦方式对焦炭质量的影响

摘    要:通过比较在装炉煤配比不变情况下,干熄焦炭和湿熄焦炭水分、粒度、机械强度和热态性能,表明干法熄焦明显改善焦炭品质,焦炭水分平均下降6.7%,40 mm粒级的量高出约6%,M40提高了4.4%,CSR提高了6.5%。

Abstract:Comparisons between coke dry quenching and coke wet quenching in terms of moisture content, particle size, mechanical strength and thermal properties indicated that coke dry quenching could obviously improve coke quality. To be specific, the moisture content could be decreased averagely by 6.7%, 〉40 mm size coke was about 6% higher, M4o increased by 4.4% and CSR increased by 6.5%, while ensuring the uniformity of coke size
