| 摘 要： | 叙述了利用在系统编程电缆实现ＰＣ机与高密度可编程逻辑器件通讯的基本原理，给出了用ＰＣ机与在系统可编程（ＩＳＰ）器件实现数据传输和通讯的具体方案、软硬件设计方法。

| Abstract: | This paper relates the theory on the realization of data communication between PC and the HDPLDs with a programming cable, presenting the design with a PC and the ISP devices. It shows the specific scheme, the circuit of the hardwares, the structure of the softwares and their design. |
