| 摘 要： | 介绍大坝发电有限责任公司锅炉主要辅助设备回转式空气预热器驱动装置W125减速机一级输入轴动、静密封的改造,解决频繁渗漏问题,将减速机一级输入轴原挡灰盖由转动件加工改造为固定件且不影响挡灰效果,安全系数更加可靠。在减速机一级输入轴原先的两级油密封基础上,又增加了一级油密封,一级挡灰密封,提高了密封可靠性,增强密封效果,延长工作寿命。

| Abstract: | Introduces the retrofit of primary input axial seal for rotary air heater W125 speed-down machine of main boiler auxiliary device in Ningxia Daba Generation Co., Ltd., solves the problem of frequent penetration, changes the original dust-preventative cover from rotation to fixed part, on the base of two-levels oil seal, adds one-level oil seal and dust-preventative seal, improves sealing reliability , extends work life. |
