| 摘 要： | 中国石油化工股份有限公司洛阳分公司炼油厂2001年增设的两台LG-30／0．8型喷水螺杆压缩机，检修过程中发现其阴、阳转子腐蚀较为严重，转子表面多处大面积腐蚀，阴、阳转子啮合间隙增大，容积效率降低。为此，对腐蚀原因进行了分析，建议将机组喷水冷却改为喷油冷却。

| Abstract: | Two LG-30/0.8 type water-injected screw compressors were installed in Luoyang Petrochemi- cal Complex in 2001.It was found in the scheduled turnaround that both male and female rotors suffered from severe corrosion,especially the rotor surface.This resulted in increased engagement space and reduced effi- ciency.Water cooling was recommended to be changed to oil cooling for the compressor train after analysis of corrosion causes. |
