| 摘 要： | 采用三维光弹法模拟研究了挤压平模的三维应力场,得到了T型挤压模在不同高度处σx、σy、σz的分布规律。同时对实验结果进行了拟合,建立了应力场模型,可为挤压模具设计提供参考。

| Abstract: | Three-dimensional photoelastic stress freezing process was adopted in the three-dimensional photoelastic experiment to make simulation study over the three-dimensional stress field of comˉpression die.The regularities of distribution ofσ x ?σ y ?σ z of T-type compression die at different altiˉtude were obtained.At the same time,fitting was made over the experiment result to establish the model of stress field.This method could be reference for the design of compression die. |
