不浸酸铬鞣剂的研制及性能表征

摘    要:封对常规浸酸锚蹂方法中的一些缺陷,在常规锚寐剂的合碗基础上,对真作进一步改性而制备出不浸酸锚蹂剂,并对锚辑剂的性能进行了表征.通过试验证明了用该锚蹂剂遗行不浸酸锚寐,可以明显提高锚辑剂吸收率,使锚辑剂在革内分布更均句;蓝革厚度增加且面帜增大;减少路污染,杜绝锚辑引起的氯离子的污染;有效改善革的松面情况;简化制草工艺,减少制革戚本.

Abstract:Chrome tanning agent without pickling is prepared, and its properties are studied. Through tanning experiments some characteristics of the chromitan such as high exhaustion of chrome, decrease of loose grain and increase of the thickness and area of leather are found. The tannage with the new chromitan can not only decrease the pollution of chrome and chloride in sewage, but also reduce the cost of leather manufacturing and simplify the tanning process.
