摘    要:飞来峡水利枢纽1#机组在运行过程中出现操作轮叶时开度波动、调速器高位油箱油位骤升骤降的故障现象,通过综合分析和位置排查,得出故障系水轮机轮毂轴头运动密封圈因磨损过度断裂,使操作油系统高压油腔出现泄漏所致,并对故障部件进行更换处理。

Abstract:A fault analysis is made on the fluctuations of the float-board opening and the oil level soaring and falling in the hea d oil tank of the speed controller during the processing of the water power unit 1# of Feilaixia Hydraulic Complex .Based on the comprehensive analysis and fault removing , it is found out that the leakage of high pressure oil chamber is caused by over -wearing and splitting of the movable sealing ring in the hub axle of the hydro-turbine in the diagram governor control system .And it pointed out the solution that fault components must be changed to grantee the operation .
