Abstract:Aiming at the problems of high risk factor,untimely early warning and low production efficiency of manual feeding in the pharmaceutical process,an automatic feeding system based on S7-1500 PLC and WinCC was designed and developed.The hardware configuration,human-computer interaction and electrical control program of the automatic feeding system were introduced in detail.By analyzing the production process of a pharmaceutical company and combining field data,a control scheme for interconnection between the tank area PLC and the workshop distributed I/O module was proposed.Based on the real-time detection and control of the WinCC configuration interface of the upper-computer,the separation of people from the scene was realized,At the same time,SQL Sever database and PLC communication were used to complete the data collection and analysis.The production practice shows that the system has the advantages of high stability,high cost performance,and high production efficiency,which can meet the needs of rapid feeding of multiple materials at the same time,and is in line with the current manufacturing development trend.
