摘    要:针对支撑座锻件成形质量不高的现象,分析了模具左右型腔结合部位的高度、坯料镦粗比等关键因素对锻件质量的影响,运用三维有限元数值模拟仿真软件对各关键因素进行了优化分析.通过分析发现:锻件成形质量随左右型腔结合部高度的变化而改变;镦粗比极大的影响着锻件的成形质量.最后,通过生产试制的方法,对上述理论的合理性与可行性进行了验证.

Abstract:Aiming at the lower forming quality of the forging Bolster, the key influence factors including the height of joint sect and the upsetting height of stuff have been analyzed by use of emulation FEM software. It is found that the height of joint sect influences the forging quality and the upsetting ratio impacts on the forming quality greatly. Finally, it is proved by experiment that the correlation theory is rational and feasible.
