基于hypermesh的发动机零部件网格划分

摘    要:使用hypermesh软件对发动机主要零部件进行网格划分。根据发动机不同零部件自身的结构特点,结合hypermesh软件提供的各种二维和三维的网格划分工具,总结出针对发动机气门、凸轮轴、曲轴、连杆、活塞、气缸盖、机体和油底壳的六面体、四面体及二维四边形网格划分的思路和方法,从而提高发动机主要零部件网格划分的效率和网格的质量。

Finite Element Mesh of the Engine Parts Based on Hypermesh
Abstract:Finite element mesh of the main parts of the engine was generated by using hypermesh software. According to the structural characteristics of the different engine parts and utilizing the vari- ous 2D and 3D meshing tools provided by hypermesh software, the ideas and methods of generating hexahedral mesh, tetrahedral mesh and 2D quadrilateral mesh which aim at engine valve, camshaft, crankshaft, connecting rod, piston, cylinder head, engine body and oil pan were concluded. These methods can improve the efficiency and quality of the finite element mesh of the engine parts.
