温度梯度降温对铝合金阳极氧化膜性能的影响

摘    要:采用自制的硬质阳极氧化装置,在铝合金6061薄板表面沿着铝基体方向形成较大的温度梯度降温条件,对铝板进行硫酸硬质氧化试验。对氧化膜形貌、硬度、膜厚分别进行了观察和分析。结果表明,相同条件下,采用温度梯度法制备的硬质阳极氧化膜,其均匀性、膜的厚度和硬度都大大优于传统的硬质阳极氧化膜,膜的质量得到很大的提高。

Abstract:The hard anodic oxidation film on 6061 aluminum alloy sheet surface was prepared by a self-made hard anodic oxidation device under the conditions of large temperature gradient along the direction of aluminum matrix.The oxide film morphology,hardness and thickness were observed and analyzed.The results showed that after hard anodizing the aluminium sheet the film quality was greatly improved,the thickness,hardness and uniformity of hard anodic oxide film prepared with temperature gradient method were far superior to that of the traditional hard anodic oxide film.
