| 摘 要： | 通过对管材无凹模冲孔后废屑以及管件断面的分析，得出了无凹模冲孔变形机理以及无凹模冲孔断面示意图；Deform-3D软件对冲孔过程的应力应变进行了分析，为无凹模冲孔的工艺优化提供依据。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzed the waste and the Cross-Section of the tube, educed the deformation mechanisms and the cross-section＇ s sketch map of the no-female; and used Deform-3D software analyzed the stress and the Strain, offer the foundation for the design optimization for no-female die piercing. |
