| Abstract: | The progress of modern separation technology were introduced in this article,such as microfiltration membrane,ion-exchange simulated moving bed（SMB）,ultrafiltration membrane,continuous crystallization, non-polar adsorption chromatography separation simulated moving bed and so on.The extraction and purification process of amino acids and active peptides reformed by modern separation technology,the progress and achievements of which were also introduced. |
