考虑上游中小水库影响的水库设计洪水研究

摘    要:针对流域内上游各中小水库往往缺乏实测流量资料的情况,利用实际暴雨资料推得上游各库及区间的设计洪水过程,自上而下逐级演算,得到下游水库设计洪水过程;根据水库调洪演算后的水文设计参数值.定量分析上游水利工程运用对下游控制性水库(工程)的影响。对广东省长潭水库的计算结果表明,上游中小水、库的运用,使得20a和30a标准的水文设计值有所降低。

Abstract:A procedure of estimating the design flood hydrograph for the inflow of the down-stream reservoir is presented in this study, which is designed to evaluate the impact of small-medium size reservoirs in the upper-stream with sparsity of runoff data on the down-stream design floods. Model rainfall event, basin hydrological modeling, channel routing and reservoir regulation are coupled to calculate the design hydraulic parameters. Example is offered for the calculation of design floods of Changtan reservoir in Guangdong Province. Results indicate that, for a 20-year or 30-year flood, design floods in down-stream decrease with the operation of small-medium size reservoirs in upper-stream, which implies that rules of flood prevention for Changtan reservoir are to be modified or improved if needed.
