摘    要:采用CFD软件对铝箔退火炉进行3D稳态模拟.研究了炉膛前后两端流场温度场的分布,炉体蓄热硅酸铝保温毡的温度分布情况.模拟结果表明:炉子结构合理,炉膛前后两端气流流动顺畅,炉温均匀,温效果良好.为退火炉的设计、改造提供理论基础.

Abstract:3D simulation to aluminum annealing furnace is done through CFD product.The distribution of tem-perature field and flow field in rear and front end of furnace chamber is investigated.At the same time,the distribu-tion of the alumina silicate of furnace body for thermal storage is also discussed.Simulation results indicate that air-flow course in rear and front end of the furnace chamber is smooth,temperature in the furnace chamber is equal in the surface of the furnace.The theory is provided for the more designing and reconstructing of annealing furnace.
