摘    要:针对大型常压方罐,分析了一般设计方法的不足,基于结构的刚性要求,保证设备足够的安全可靠性、节约材料,提出罐体内壁使用大刚度型钢进行加强的结构设计方法,采用有限元方法进行计算分析,并利用ANSYS有限元软件对80m^3罐体进行了不同板厚及加强筋数量的参数组合的应力和变形计算分析,得出最优的罐体设计方案。计算分析和比较结果表明该设计方法比原有的方法有较大的优势。

Abstract:The oil/gas field development is gradually going into deeper- water sea. There are large or vast at mospheric tanks required to be used to storage fresh water and diesel etc. Based on the analysis for traditional calculation method to design large tanks and the stiffness requirements for the tank structure, the frame type structure design method and used finite element method to calculate and analysis the tank to ensure the tank safety and reliability were presented. In the paper, one 80 cubic meter rectangular tank was designed for example. Through the displacement and stress calculation and analysis by this method under different plate thickness and reinforce stiffeners combinations, the optimal design scenario was selected. The analysis result showed that the material saving, weight reducing and safe reliability increase were significant by this method.
