虚拟热电偶测温仪设计

摘    要:针对传统热电偶非线性和冷端温度补偿方法的不足,将虚拟仪器与传统测量技术相结合,设计了虚拟热电偶测温仪。测温仪通过AD590采集冷端温度值,利用LabVIEW实现了非线性和冷端温度的高精度实时补偿。实验结果表明,虚拟测温仪易于操作、测量准确、效率较高,可以满足工业测试的需要。

Abstract:In view of the traditional method faults of the nonlinear error and the cold-junction temperature compensation for thermocouple,the virtual thermocouple thermoscope was designed by virtual instrument be connected with traditional measurement technology.The cold-junction temperature was gained by AD590.And then the high-precise compensation for thermocouple was carried out real-time based on LabVIEW.The experimental results manifests that the virtual thermoscope is operated easily,the result is correctly,the efficiency is higher.So it can be competent for industrial measurement.
