基于智能PI算法的自动纠偏系统的研究

摘    要:论述自动纠偏控制系统的硬件设计、软件编程和系统仿真。文章以带钢卷取纠偏为例,研究的边缘位置控制系统主要是由光电传感器、全数字智能PI控制器、液压站及卷取机组成的计算机位置控制系统。光电传感器采集位置信号后经计算机处理,再将处理后的信号经放大传给液压装置,最后推动卷取机进行带钢纠偏。仿真结果表明,此自动纠偏系统具有很好的动态和稳态性能。

Abstract:The hardware design, software program and system simulation of the automatic deviation control system are presented. This edge position control (EPC) system designed in the paper is a computer position control system made up of photoelectric sensor, digital intelligent PI controller, hydraulic equipment and a roller. Firstly, the photoelectric sensor picks up the position signal. Then the signal is processed by computer and amplified to the hydraulic equipment. At last the roller is controlled to rectify the deviation of strip. The results of simulation show that the system has well dynamic and steady performance.
