摘    要:为了寻求一种简单有效的治理室内空气中气体污染物的方法,将常温吸附和光催化降解两种作用相结合,选用活性炭纤维(ACF)和二氧化钛(TiO2)作为吸附剂和光催化剂,测定在25 ℃时采用ACF TiO2混合材料(ACF/TiO2的质量比为1∶0.5)光催化剂的等温去除量随时间的变化规律.结果表明室内气体污染物的初始质量浓度为1 mg/m3时,在紫外光照射下,ACF TiO2混合材料光催化剂具有较高的活性,甲醛的净化处理效率能达到90%以上.只要适当延长反应时间,有NOx或SO2等存在时,甲醛的净化处理效果也是比较理想的.该方法具有装置简单,能耗少,处理效率高,可以重复利用等优点.

Abstract:In order to find a simple and effective method to remove contaminant from indoor air by the way of combining two functions of adsorption and photo-catalytic degradation.Active Carbon Fiber(ACF) was adopted as an adsorbent and titanium dioxide(TiO2) as a photo-catalyst.Using 1 mg/m3 initial concentration of contaminant,the variation law of the dynamic,isothermal removals of TiO2 ACF compound(the mass ratio of ACF to TiO2 is 1 to 0.5) with the time changing was investigated respectively and compared.The results showed that in UV radiation,ACF TiO2 have their saturated removals,and in UV radiation the removals of formaldehyde are drastically increased.A removal rate more than 80% could be obtained when the photo-catalytic reaction was carried out at room temperature and atmospheric pressure and at a wavelength of 254 nm ultraviolet lamp.
