CT图像的三维实体重建技术研究

摘    要:提出了一种面向实体模型的CT图像三维重建方法,对牙齿CT断层图像进行三维重建,建立一个可编辑的三维实体模型,用于牙科医生进行断牙修补中牙桩的植入和对牙桩的应力分析。主要实现过程为:用螺旋CT对牙齿进行断层扫描获取CT图像,对图像进行去除软组织元素和噪声点得到矢量的线框断层图, 然后对多层线框结构进行曲面拟合,生成牙齿的三维实体模型。它具有精确度高,可编辑性强等特点,并且可直接用于实体的生物制造。

Abstract:A method of 3D solid reconstruction technology based on CT image is proposed in this paper,and it is applied to tooth CT image.We get an editable 3D solid model,which is used for dentist to stake in the broken tooth and analyze the stress of the stake during the tooth repair.It can be realized in the following steps:Firstly,get the CT images by scanning the tooth with spiral computed tomography in a certain pitch;Secondly,get rid of the noisy points of the 2D image data and convert it into 2D digitized contour data;Finally,the 3D wire frame is reconstructed by offsetting the 2D digitized wire frame in the certain pitch,get the tooth solid model using the face which is lofted with the 3D wire frame.The 3D solid model is very accurate which can be edited and processed arbitrarily and applied directly in biological manufacturing of tooth.
