变频调节技术在火电厂系统中的应用分析

摘    要:我国火电系统的泵与风机基本上都采用分流或节流等手段来调节,这种方式人为地增加管网阻力以减小流量,造成阻力损失相应增加,而此时泵与风机的特性曲线不变,叶片转速不变,系统输入功率并无减少,而是白白地损失在节流、分流过程中.采用变频调节则可大大地减少这部分损失,尤其是对于经常处于低负荷下运行的泵与风机采用变频调节后节电效率可达20%~60%.

Abstract:Most of bumps and fans used in our fire power plants are almost adjusted by the means of distributarying or throttling that adding resistance from pipes and then wasting energy, but the characteristic curve do not change and the loss of energy increases frightfully on the condition of no change of inputing power. Adopting frequency conversion adjusting can sharply reduces this great mount of energy loss, and especially in the condition of lower load, bump and fan's machines can saving twenty to sixty percent of power after adopting frequency conversion adjusting.
