电弧炉石墨电瓦的设计与应用

摘    要:针对电炉铜头电瓦成本高、寿命短的缺陷,对其重新设计改造,以石墨导电瓦代替铜头导电瓦,并应用在6.3MVA电炉上,结果其使用寿命长,炉子热停次数显减少,生产成本大幅度降低。

Abstract:Owing to the defects in high cost and short life of the copper contact shoes on electric are furnace, it was redesigned and replaced with graphite contact shoes. By using it to a 6. 3MVA electric arc furnace, result shows that the operating life is longer and the furnace hot-down time is decreased obviously. Operating cost reduced greately.
