基于SWOT分析的重庆市建筑垃圾管理研究

21世纪初以来我国城镇化率的快速提高,建筑业发展迅速。大量施工活动的展开使得建筑工地产生大量的建筑垃圾,随之产生的环境问题和资源浪费已成为业内认识重点关注的问题。然而,与西方发达国家相比,我国针对建筑垃圾领域的研究还涉及较少。该文通过采用优势、劣势、机会和威胁(SWOT)分析法,旨在以重庆市为背景分析我国建筑垃圾管理现状。用以支持该文分析的数据来源于多种途径,包括政府报告,垃圾管理相关法规、文献研究以及专家访问。该研究为建筑主要利益相关方提供了一个窗口,使得他们可以认识重庆市建筑垃圾管理的内外部条件。文章基于SWOT分析法,提出了6条战略建议,对于重庆市今后在战略层面提升和改善建筑垃圾管理将会有所帮助。

SWOT Analysis-based Study on Construction Waste Management in Chongqing

The fast urbanization in China since 21st century has been boosting the construction industry, which, steadily, draws the industrial concern about the environmental problem and resource waste caused by construction waste. However, there is little relative study on construction waste in China compared with Western countries. With the combined methods of advantage, disadvantage and SWOT analysis, the current status of construction waste management in Chongqing is analyzed as a sample in China. The supporting data in this paper includes government reports, waste management related regulations, literature review and expert points. The study offers a window for the main construction parties to view the construction waste management conditions in Chongqing. Based on SWOT analysis method, six strategic suggestions are presented for reference.
