日本大型商业建筑的环境建筑观

伴随着中国大型商业建筑开发的转型与升级,其设计理念和方法面临更新。日本建筑界将环境建筑观引入大型商业建筑的设计中,对中国很有启发作用。该文试图对日本建筑界的这一尝试进行系统介绍。首先,阐述了日本环境建筑观的形成发展历程,对其定义进行解读;其次,从日本大型商业建筑的发展阶段出发,探讨在设计中引入环境建筑观的重要意义;最后,对这一设计理念下的设计方法进行总结,以期对今后中国大型商业建筑的设计提供启发。

Environmental Architecture Concept of Large Commercial Buildings in Japan

With the transformation and upgrading of the large commercial buildings in China, the design concept and methods call for upgrading. The en-vironmental architecture concept is introduced into the large commercial building design by Japanese architecture circle, dramatically inspiring the coun-terparts of China. This paper attempts to systematically introduce the concept through, first, presenting the development history and its definition, and sec-ond, discussing the significance of the concept in design based on the development stage of large commercial buildings in Japan, and lastly, summarizing the design methods in the concept. It offers some references for similar project in China.
