游梁式抽油机曲柄销疲劳可靠性分析

摘    要:在分析游梁式抽油机曲柄销应力变化规律的基础上 ,用随机抽样方法对曲柄销应力和材料疲劳极限的概率分布进行数字仿真 ,结果表明 ,考虑呈二项分布的扭矩影响后 ,曲柄销等效应力的应力幅和平均应力都服从正态分布。以CYJ10— 3— 5 3HB游梁式抽油机曲柄销为例进行计算 ,得出曲柄销应力和 4 0Cr材料疲劳极限都服从正态分布 ,当曲柄销直径为 10 0mm时 ,疲劳可靠度为 0 9783。基于随机抽样数字仿真技术进行曲柄销疲劳可靠性分析的方法 ,既可用于曲柄销疲劳可靠性校核 ,也可用于曲柄销疲劳可靠性设计

Abstract:On the basis of an analysis of variation law of the stress on the crank pin of a beam pumping unit, a numerical simulation of the probability distribution of the crank pin stress and material fatigue limit is conducted by using the random sampling method. The result shows that, with consideration of the influence of the binomial distribution torque, both the amplitude and mean value of the equivalent stress of the crank pin are submitted to normal distribution. Model CYJ1O-3-53HB beam pumping unit is analyzed as an example, and it is indicated that the fatigue reliability of the crank pin reaches 0.9738 when its diameter is 100mm. The method can be used not only for checking the fatigue reliability of the crank pin, but also for reliability design of the pin.
