减振器动力学性能试验软件系统设计与实现

摘    要:减振器性能试验软件系统基于C++Builder软件开发环境和Silicon单片机编程,实现测试的全自动控制。其基本原理是:利用上位机中的软件与下位机之间的Zigbee无线通信,上位机发送各种控制命令,下位机运行自身的程序,进行数据的采集与传输,同时,上位机接收下位机返回的各种采集数据,进行信号分析,将采集信号及其频谱显示在显示屏上,并存储采集数据到数据库,方便后续查询。

Abstract:The software system of test of kinetics performance of shock absorber is based on software development environment.C++ Builder and Silicon microcontroller programming and it can realize auto control of the test system. The basic working principle is that computer send control commands to microcontroller by wireless communication between program installed in computer and microcontroller. Microcontroller run its own program to acquire and transmit data. Meanwhile, computer receive and analyse various data returned by microcontroller and display the information on screen.
