| 摘 要： | 通过对大连市小城镇的发展背景进行深入分析,认为我国已有的沿海地区小城镇发展模式并不适用于大连市小城镇;针对大连实际情况,研究提出分类指引的思路,从小城镇与中心城市的空间关系、大连生态基础条件等方面分别划分类型,通过叠置分析得到最终分类结果;并对小城镇的不同发展类型提出了政策指引。

| Abstract: | By analyzing the development backgrounds of small towns in Dalian, this paper argues that the existing development modes for small towns in seaside areas do not fit the towns of Dalian. It classifies the towns by the spatial relation with the central city and the ecological situations. Then it presents the policy guidance for the different development patterns of towns. |
