摘    要:提出了一种从高铟锌焙砂中浸渣中回收铟和铁的新工艺,对该工艺的关键工序--盐酸高温浸出和还原浸出进行了系统研究.结果表明,在高酸浸出优化条件下,锌、铁、铟的浸出率分别为98.98%,92.17%和99.30%;在还原浸出优化条件下,锌、铁、铟的浸出率及三价铁还原率分别为93.2%,97.19%,98.07%和98.67%.该工艺具有资源利用率高、锌铁易分离、易提纯等特点.

Abstract:A new process of treating neutral leached residue of zinc calcine to recovery indium and iron was proposed.Its key process that the neutral leached residue is leached with high concentration(hydrochloric) acid and reductive agent at high tempetature,was systemly investigated.The reaults show that,under the optimizing condition,the leaching rate of zinc,iron,and indium is 98.98%,(92.17)% and 99.30%,respectively in high acid leaching,but that is,respectively,93.2%,97.19%,98.07%,and reducing rate of ferric is 98.67% in reductive leaching.This process has the advantages of high resource utilization ratio and easy to separate and purify the zinc and iron.
