| Abstract: | The imminent necessity to reduce the energy consumption in iron making and steelmaking and detail of the hot testing equipments for burners and the energy resource conditions for the tests in WISCO since 1994 are described, and the development and application of the burners briefly introduced, and the results in the recent years revealed. |
