| 摘 要： | 长期以来，福建省水利基本建设投入占全省基本建设投资总额的比例相对过低，尚未形成长期稳定的水利投资来源渠道；水利建设投入结构不舍理，各行业的发展相互之间不够协调。通过提出福建省水利工程投融资体制的改革思路，建立多元化、多层次、多渠道的水利投融资体制，为制定福建省水利发展战略提供相应的政策依据。

Situation analysis of water conservancy investment in Fujian and discussion of innovation thinking |

| Abstract: | For long time past,the proportion of water conservancy investment is lower comparatively total investment in Fujian.There are not long-time and stable channels about water conservancy investment.And there is not a rational structure of water conservancy investment.Development is not balanced about water conservancy industry.Bring forward innovation thinking of water conservancy investment,and set up the system of many-component water conservancy investment,that can offer according to constitute stratagem of water conservancy investment. |
