| 摘 要： | 结合钢管制造企业的特点,研究了某ERW钢管企业生产计划与控制的组合优化方法,对钢管企业的多阶段生产计划的编制及优化进行了深入的研究和探讨。建立了钢管企业提前/拖期惩罚数学模型,建立目标函数和约束条件,将约束条件转化为寻找最优解的方法,并用启发式算法加以求解,直到找到比较优的生产计划组合,并计算目标函数的值,多个方案比较后,挑选出最佳方案。

| Abstract: | Optimized method of production planning and control in pipe enterprise is discussed on the basis of analysis of steel pipe manufacturing.The advanced / delayed punishment mathematics model of steel pipe manufacturing is put forward.Then the object function and subjects are established.Finally,the heuristic algorithm is used to solve the problem.Select the best project by computing the value of the object function. |
