| 摘 要： | 以阳泉市为例，对城市防灾避险规划之防灾救灾指挥系统、城市应急避难场所、消防治安系统、医疗卫生救护系统、救援物资储运系统、救援人员中转系统六大应急避险支撑系统进行了示范性的布局设计与规划，以提高阳泉市城市绿地系统防灾避险能力。

| Abstract: | Taking Yangquan city as the example, it carries on demonstrative layout and planning for six emergency-meeting and danger-avoid- ing supporting system of urban disaster-prevention and danger-avoiding planning, such as disaster-prevention and disaster-rescue commanding system, urban emergent disaster-avoiding place, public security fire control system, medical and health care system, rescue material storage and transport system, and the rescuers transit system, in order to improve disaster-prevention and damage-avoiding capacity of Yangquan city green space system. |
