高速纺丝油剂用丁醇聚醚链末端基的稳定性

摘    要:高速纺丝油剂用丁醇聚醚链末端羟基在碱性及高温等条件下易于发生脱水反应从而影响丁醇聚醚的结构和高速纺丝油剂的使用性能。本课题研究丁醇聚醚生产、储运及使用条件对丁醇聚醚链末端基稳定性的影响。结果表明:氧气会加剧丁醇聚醚链末端基的不稳定性,有氧加速试验中丁醇聚醚双键含量增加幅度为0.0085%-0.0492%(即原料双键含量的1.0-5.4倍),明显大于氮气加速试验中双键含量的增加幅度。温度对丁醇聚醚链末端基稳定性影响显著,高温试验中丁醇聚醚双键含量增加幅度为0.0744%-0.1298%(即原料双键含量的8.1-14.1倍)。丁醇聚醚中含有的醛在碱性环境中会发生羟醛缩合反应生成烯醛,碱性试验中丁醇聚醚双键含量最大增加幅度为0.0114%-0.0255%(即原料双键含量的1.2-2.8倍)。

Stability of terminal group of butanol polyether chain used as high-speed spinning finishes
Abstract:Dehydration of the end hydroxyl group of butanol polyether used as high-speed spinning finishes would occur under situations of alkalis or high temperatures, which lead to polyether’s structure and high-speed spinning finishes’ performances changes. This paper investigated terminal group’s stability of butanol polyether during processes of production, transportation, storage and usage. Results show that the end hydroxyl group of butanol polyether tends to be more unstable within oxygen. The increase range of double bond content within oxygen is 0.0085%-0.0492% (1.0-5.4 times higher than that of the original polyether), which is obviously larger than that within nitrogen. The polyether appears to be more unstable under high temperatures. The double bond content increases considerably with the growth in high temperatures showing 8.1-14.1 times higher than that of the original butanol polyether. The increase range of double bond content is 0.0744%-0.1298%. Olefine aldehyde was introduced through the Aldol condensation reaction in alklinities and the maximum increase of double bond content is 1.2-2.8 times higher compared with the original polyether. The increase range of double bond content is (0.0114%-0.0255%)
