松散煤体导热系数的分析

摘    要:松散体导热系数受各种因素的影响,但对于一个给定的松散体,其导热系数主要与空隙率有关。应用一维稳态无限长圆筒法测定不同空隙率的松散煤体导热系数,采用回归分析获得实验煤的空隙率与导热系数的函数关系,由此得知实际条件下某一特定煤在不同空隙率时的导热系数,进而提高煤自燃火灾预测的精度。

Abstract:Thermal conductivity of crashed minerals is affected by different factors, but for a given crashed material, its thermal conductivity is mainly related with the gap rate. The thermal conductivity of crashed coal in the conditions of different gap rate is measured by the infinitely long cylinder method which is in one -dimensional steady state. The regression analysis is adopted to acquire the function relation between gap rate and thermal conductivity of the test coal, from this the thermal conductivity of a given coal under the practical conditions and at different gap rate can be obtained, thus improving the forecast precision of coal spontaneous combustion.
