| 摘 要： | 针对目前矿用防爆电磁阀性能试验缺乏通用设备这一现状,研制了广泛适用于矿用防爆电磁阀检测机构及生产企业的自动化检测设备。设计选用高精度传感器配合可编程逻辑控制器自动控制试验流程,采用计算机数据库系统及图形化编程技术,极大地提升了测试装置的自动化水平。经试验验证该设备保证了测试过程的规范统一,提高了检测效率及可靠性。

| Abstract: | In order to solve the problem of the explosion-proof solenoid valve performance test lack of standard device,a high precision sensor cooperated with the PLC was designed to control the experiment process.The work ensured the normalization of the test process and objective test reports.Besides,this work developed the computer database system and graphical programming technology to improve the automatic level of the test devices and the test efficiency,providing a scientific and high efficiency test device for explosion-proof solenoid valve detect agency. |
