尘源跟踪自动洒水喷雾降尘系统在梨园矿的应用

摘    要:针对综采工作面煤尘质量浓度大、降尘效果不佳的问题,提出利用尘源跟踪自动洒水喷雾降尘系统来进行采面降尘的设计方案。介绍了ZSCY-127型尘源跟踪自动洒水喷雾降尘装置的工作原理,并在梨园矿宁庄井二1-21130综采工作面进行了试验研究。结果表明,运用该降尘装置大幅度降低了工作面的煤尘质量浓度,达到了预期降尘目的,有效地改善了工作面的作业环境。

Abstract:Based on the large mass concentrations of dust and differential effect of dust in coal mine,made a proposal to reduce dust by using the dusk source tracking system of coal mining machine.Introduces the ZSCY-127 type working principle of the dusk source tracking system of coal mining machine,and ran a series of experiments designed in the 21130 face of Ningzhuang coal mine of Liyuan coal mine.The experimental results show that it can greatly reduce the dust concentration and improved the working environment.
