巷道支护方式对顶板稳定性影响的相似模拟实验研究

摘    要:巷道支护一直是煤矿安全生产的重点问题。针对屯兰矿12501运输巷道在受工作面采动影响时,出现顶板变形严重、支护失效的情况,对现有的"普通锚杆+锚索"支护方案进行优化,提出"普通锚杆+加长锚杆"联合支护方案,并对该方案与现有支护方案进行相似模拟实验对比分析,结果表明该优化方案可以很好地控制顶板变形,保持巷道稳定。

Abstract:Roadway support is always the key problem of coal mine safety.In accordance with serious deformation and supporting failure of 12501 haulage roadway of Tunlan Coal Mine affected by mining,the existing scheme of "bolt +anchor" is optimized,and the combination supporting scheme of"common bolt + long bolt" is put forward,with which the existing supporting scheme is analyzed with similar simulation experiment,the results show that the "common bolt + long bolt" scheme is a good way to control deformation of roof and it can keep the stability of roadway.
