摘    要:煤泥水系统运行效果直接影响到选煤厂的经济效益。现有煤泥水处理多为实验或实践性讨论,煤泥水沉降的机理研究是解决这一问题的理论依据。通过分析EDLVO理论中每组实验的总势能曲线上都存在一个最大势垒(势能值最大点)和一个相对应的临界距离及相关公式推导并将其应用于煤泥水悬浮液系统中,经实验结果验证,得出在不同絮凝剂用量下煤泥水悬浮液中细粒煤泥的各种作用势能变化。从而在煤泥水沉降的机理方面作出了必要工作。

Abstract:Slime water system works directly affects economic benefits to the CPP.Existing slime water mostly experimental or practical discussion slime water settlement mechanism to solve this problem is the theoretical basis.Exists on the total potential energy curve analysis by EDLVO theory in each experiment one of the biggest barrier(potential value of the maximum point) and a corresponding critical distance and related formulas are derived and applied to slime water suspension system,via experimental results,obtained in an aqueous suspension of fine slime slime in a variety of roles at different dosage of flocculant potential changes.Thus slime water settlement mechanism has made the necessary work.
