数字化大功率微弧氧化电源关键技术研究

摘    要:根据微弧氧化的功能需要,在传统氧化电源的基础上设计了基于DSP的全数字化大功率微弧氧化电源。首先从工作原理和构成上进行介绍,然后对硬件和软件进行相应设计,重点介绍了IGBT驱动电路和带死区控制的PWM程序设计。实验应用证明,该电源能够输出具有变频和变幅的正、负脉冲波形,且输出稳定可靠,满足微弧氧化的工艺和功能要求。

Abstract:According feature requires micro-arc oxidation,on the basis of traditional power supply,the all-digital high-power micro-arc oxidation power based on DSP was designed.First introduced from the working principle and structure to it,and then design their hardware and software,focusing on the IGBT drive circuit and PWM control with dead zone program design.Field application proved that the power supply can output with variable frequency,amplitude waveform,and the output is stable and reliable,meet the technical and functional requirements of micro-arc oxidation.
