压力容器封头及接管的设计与计算

摘    要:压力容器封头的几何尺寸是影响封头可靠性的重要因素之一,常规设计不能说明封头在多大程度上是安全可靠的,一般的设计图纸不直接给出封头接管的长度,这给制造厂家带来了如何确定接管长度的计算困难,根据在设计及制造压力容器封头上接管尺寸理论计算的经验与实践的验证,建立了压力容器中标准椭圆封头接管尺寸设计的数学模型,该模型在满足设计标准应力校核情况下,得出更为理想的设计方案,并运用MatLab自定义函数求出封头接管尺寸的精确数值,使设计快速、计算精确,方案合理,节省了资源和时间,提高了安全性可靠性.
